DUFFY ASSEMBLY

Today Glen Taylor School had their Duffy Assembly, we had a special guest Richard Lambeth and we all got 2 books each!!

"Richard Lambeth is a graduate with a Bachelor of Performing & Screen Arts Majoring in Acting. He has been on popular TV shows Shortland Street, Step Dave, Legend of the Seeker and played Officer John Walker in Peter Jacksons film - The Lovely Bones"

We have some very happy kids in Room 7.

Room 7 has been working on creating Maui (Peter Gossage) inspired pictures. We have also incorporated our inquiry topic by adding eels to our artwork. This is a photo of some of our work on display in the GTS hall.

Reading in Room 7

Room 7 is enjoying using their Chromebooks for reading. They are using Bugs Club to read their assigned texts and create Open and Closed questions as a response.
